  1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 12:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. However, we do accommodate reasonable special requests that are made ahead of time.

  1. Is it possible to check-in early?

It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve one night in advance.

  1. Are tariff prices inclusive of breakfast?

While only some packages offer included breakfast, others may offer them as an option. We request you to make your bookings according to your preference.

  1. Is free wi-fi available?

At The Resort Planners, we offer free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas. You can obtain a username and password from the front desk.

  1. How many people can stay in one room?

In most of our resorts, each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged.

  1. Is smoking allowed inside guest room?

No, smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms.

  1. Are pets allowed on the property?

While a few of our resorts offer pet friendly environment, some of them do not. We suggest you contact The Resort Planners for specific details.

  1. How to make bookings with The Resort Planners?

You can either book online on this website or you can call us on 9019798332 to make your reservations. Alternatively, you could mail us at bookings@theresortplanners.com.

  1. What are the documents required during check-in?

For Indian Nationals, any of the Government approved photo ID proof with address like Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID.

For Foreign Nationals, Passport and Valid Visa are accepted.

  1. What are the hours of operation for Restaurant, Room Service and Bar?

Restaurant – 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Room Service – 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM

Bar – 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM

  1. Any offers for bulk booking and corporate bookings?

  1. Is it suitable for families?

Our resorts are filled with greenery and great for families with separate play area. We give utmost importance to guest security, cleanliness, and hygiene.

  1. Any time stipulations for swimming pool?

Our swimming pools are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  1. Can you make an itinerary for guests?

  1. What is your cancellation policy?
  • If guests do not arrive for check-in, no refund on the paid tariff will be made by TRP.
  • If the booking is cancelled earlier than 15 days prior to check-in, cancellation charges of 25% of the paid tariff will be levied by TRP.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 8-15 days prior to check-in, cancellation charges of 50% of the paid tariff will be levied by TRP.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in, no refund on paid tariff will be made by TRP.
